New Customers

Please complete and submit the E & F Pet Supplies (E & F) Customer Profile Form prior to the first order being fulfilled. A copy of the Customer's Seller Permit should be included.

Orders

Please submit all orders in writing using our E & F Sales Order Form. When completing the form, always use the Item Numbers provided in Customer Catalog to ensure accuracy of your order.

Minimum Order

E & F kindly requests that all orders meet the minimum requirements.

Delivery Charge

E & F will charge a $10.00 fee for each delivery.

Returns & Shortages

E & F makes every effort to carefully pick, pack and deliver each order at 100% accuracy and for arrival in perfect condition. In turn, E & F requests prior Customer approval before returning product that is incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise.

Each Customer return must accompany our Return & Shortages Form completed in full to ensure accuracy and efficiency of your request. This form should be submitted for approval via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or fax to 323-588-4411. All product must be returned to E & F in its original condition. Please allow 30 days for processing.  

Upon each delivery, orders should be checked in and signed for by a Customer employee. Should you experience a shortage, please complete and submit the Return & Shortages Form via email or fax within five working days.
